Odds & Buds Florist in Devon, is proudly owned by Rosy whose a fully qualified florist with a City and Guilds level 3 in floristry. Rosy also holds her ICSF City and Guilds higher diploma level 4 with the Academy of floral art in Exeter.

Rosy also achieved a Bronze medal in the young florist of the year competition at Chelsea Flower Show in 2015. All staff hold either: NVQ 2 and a Level 3 Advanced National Certificate in Floristry.
