Elite Flowers is owned by Laura Mortimer. Just before the first lockdown of 2020, Laura made the decision to study floristry and enrolled herself on a diploma course.

She achieved very high marks and gained overall distinctions. Lockdown proved to be beneficial, allowing the time to study, gain qualifications and produce flower arrangements for friends and family.

In October 2021, Laura purchased the shop, which is situated on Wedgewood Street, Fairford Leys. After a long refurbishment, the shop opened on 8th March 2022.
