Howie and the Flowers is based in the beautiful, cowparsley-adorned lanes of North Devon, where we create bespoke bouquets to order using seasonal and homegrown flowers. We deliver locally and free of charge within EX22 area.

We also provide Wedding and Event flowers and installations in Devon and Cornwall as well as selling New and Vintage vases via our web shop. We celebrate British flowers and Vintage finds, doing all we can to be sustainable as we go.
