| We despatch to mainland UK and Northern Ireland on a next day delivery basis for orders received by us by 2pm on the date of despatch. There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays or National Holidays. Orders required for Monday delivery must be received by us by 2pm on the preceeding Friday. Our carrier is Parcel Force, a division of the Royal Mail. The services provided by our carrier are outside our control and the specified delivery date cannot be guaranteed. No compensation will be offered for deliveries arriving up to 3 days late. We package our products extremely carefully - in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit or in unacceptable condition at the time of delivery, you should notify us via telephone or email. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept or sign for the delivery, and report this to us as soon as possible. Due to the perishable nature of the goods we supply, we regret that we cannot accept returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery of the goods via telephone or email. If we believe that you have reasonable grounds for complaint, we will at our discretion process a refund. We regret we cannot control how long it takes your card issuer to credit your account. We reserve the right to deliver substitute goods where necessary. |
